Conditions

• By using our service, you agree to our TERMS OF SERVICE AGREEMENT
• All purchased tutoring credits are good for the current school year and will never decay so long as the student is receiving regular services. Full details HERE
• The customer has 2 months from when the payment is made to REQUEST A REFUND without charges if we are unable to find a tutor to provide services. All other refunds will be issued in accordance with our REFUND POLICY
• Customers need to purchase tutoring credits before receiving services. Any account with a negative balance must be resolved within 15 days to avoid late fees. Additional fees may be charged if an account stays overdue for three months. Full details HERE
• Group sessions at your location are available. Extra students added to a tutoring session are charged an additional 50% of the session duration for each extra student. For example, a 1 hour session is charged 1.5 hrs if with 2 students, 2 hrs with 3 students, 2.5 with 4 students, etc.
• Minimum session length is 1 hour. Sessions are billed in 15 minute increments
• Sessions scheduled for 90 minutes or more may be shortened by up to 30 minutes by the student
• Cancelled sessions with less than 24 hours notice will be charged the scheduled length at the tutor's discretion
• If assigned a different level tutor than paid for, the student's balance will be adjusted to reflect the price difference
• Not all subjects are offered at each tutor level or in every area
